Small animal unit

New to the AVCP in 2010 is the Small Animal Unit, The unit at present has goats and birds and offers a further learning option to those taking the Animal Care / Horse Riding and Stable Management ASDAN award.  The ASDAN covers such subjects as, feeding and keeping the animals healthy, keeping the animals clean, grooming, animal and handler safety, giving the animals an interesting environment.

Participants may enjoy splitting their time between the gardening and the animal care, we try to be as flexible as possible.
